Resolved - The issue has now been resolved by the vendor and access is restored to ENGAGE Analytics.

Engage - Platform Degradation
Resolved - We are writing to confirm that the issue reported on Thursday has now been resolved.

Since the issue was addressed, our technical team has continued to monitor the platform throughout the weekend. Based on our monitoring, we have observed no further service degradation or recurrence of the issue, and the platform has remained stable.

Update - We are continuing to investigate the intermittent disruption affecting the Engage Workflow platform. Some users may still see increased latency, or messages saying their request could not be processed.
